There are 3 ways to get your Order Form to us after you print and fill it in. If you do not have a printer, you may call in your order. Choose one of the methods of ordering below: |

- Mail in your order to: Unity in the Community, P.O. Box 6265Texarkana, Tx 75505. Processing time is generally 2-5 business days to have your package placed in the mail. (Offering can be a check, money order, credit or debit card.)
All packages are mailed by Priority Mail or First Class Mail in the USA.
Express Mail service is available upon request. Call us for the extra amount to add
to your offering.

CANADA RESIDENTS AND RESIDENTS OF OTHER COUNTRIES ONLY
Offerings from Canada must be in USA dollars, in the form of a Postal Money Order (best), Bank Check, Bank Money Order, or Credit Card. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS FROM CANADA AND OTHER COUNTRY OUTSIDE THE USA. Packages sent to Canada are mailed by Global Priority Mail. Please add $8.00 US to the offering for Package #1 or #2. For Packages #3 or #4, please ad $16 US. Generally Global Priority Mail will reach Canada residents within 7 business days or less, after your package is placed in the mail.
Offerings from countries outside the USA must be in US dollars using Bank Cheque, International Money Order or Credit Card. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT PERSONAL CHEQUES FROM OUTSIDE THE USA.
Shipping Information (Going outside the USA.)
POSTAGE AMOUNTS: All packages are shipped by Priority Mail International. Generally your package should reach you within 6-10 days after it is mailed. Please add $11.00 US for shipping CD packages. Please add $22.00 US for DVD packages.
